The uncompromising efforts to make a difference for good in the elder-care industry were recognized when the Governor of Alabama appointed the firm to serve as "special investigator" to root out fraud and abuse in the veterans' nursing homes of Alabama. While serving the State, the firm's findings in the investigation prompted the removal from the State of a health care provider not following the law and resulted in an enhanced level of care throughout Alabama.
Classes and Seminars
In addition to attending numerous specialized legal seminars, Dan Aldridge has taught and spoken at seminars and continuing education courses for persons in the medical and legal profession.
Pro Bono Activities
As a long standing member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of North Alabama, Dan Aldridge has for years provided free legal services to at-risk youth and those affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club.
