The reason that we are providing this information is due to the fact that lawsuits are growing against the manufacturer Bayer. Allegations include severe injuries caused by the contraceptive pills. Law firms have filed a number of these claims on behalf of the women who have suffered potentially life-threatening adverse effects.

Women who have been diagnosed with certain serious health problems after taking either of these may want to seek legal advice. Over 50 fatalities related to the pills have been reported to the FDA, including victims as young as 17 years old, and at least one lawsuit was filed against the drugstore Walgreens. It alleges that in selling the products, the store implied that they were safe for use. The plaintiff in that case suffered a blood clot in her lung, as well as an infection surrounding that clot.

For those who have been injured by the YAZ contraceptive, attorneys have been able to provide the legal guidance required for seeking financial compensation. These lawsuits representing patients contain allegations that the warning information provided with the pills is inadequate, as it does not explain the risks of the most serious potential adverse effects.

To find a qualified legal professional to represent your rights in damages caused by this or any other product, consider consulting the LegalTube directory.
