Suzann L. Beckett, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Suzann L. Beckett is a 1987 graduate of UCONN law school. She was employed by Eisenberg, Anderson, Michalik & Lynch in New Britain, CT, for 5 years before starting her own firm in 1991. Ms. Beckett limits her practice, by choice, to bankruptcy, estate planning, and real estate matters. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and Wealth Counsel.
Ms. Beckett is a resident of Hartford where she lives with her 2 young daughters.

Jodie A. Dario
Client Services Coordinator
Jodie A. Dario is a graduate of Rhode Island College, Providence RI, where she earned her Bachelor Degree in English. Jodie is the firm’s Client Services Coordinator , and is responsible for all Client/Firm communications. Jodie assists with both Bankruptcy and Estate Planning, and is always available to help our clients through the process. She is also the primary initial contact on our numerous conservatorship files. Jodie has regular contact with both new and existing clients by telephone and personal meetings and enjoys being able to help.

Ryan Bauder
Associate Attorney
Attorney Bauder is an associate attorney who has recently graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with his Juris Doctorate. Attorney Bauder did his undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Attorney Bauder joined Estate Planning Law Center and Beckett Law, LLC as a legal intern in 2004, and has now joined the firm as a full time attorney. Attorney Bauder enjoys working with clients on various legal matters, including Trust and Will Planning, Bankruptcy and Real Estate.

Canine Assistant
"Ruby" otherwise known in the dog world as Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Ruby is an integral member of the team and works hard all day long watching everyone else bustle around the office.
