Law Firm Overview
A Personal Note to You from Lawyer Randy A. Bryant
Before I became an attorney, I had an attorney. I was in an accident in which I was seriously injured and the attorney who represented me was never available and did not return my calls. It was one of the most frustrating situations of my life — needing to know the status of my case or the outcome of the hearing to recover for serious injuries, and not being able to communicate with my attorney.
When I made the decision to become a lawyer, I decided that:
- I would always be accessible to my clients.
- I would always return their phone calls — promptly.
- I would help them understand their rights throughout their legal proceeding.
- I would serve as a guide and help them navigate through tough times, never swaying from our mutually agreed-upon goals.
These principles are the bedrock upon which my Miami, Florida, practice is based.
Navigating Through Uncharted Waters
I work with clients from all walks of life, from south Florida to Central and South America and Europe. My practice areas include probate administration, probate litigation, wills and trusts and will contests, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. The issues can range from crafting a living will that is very specific to contesting a will involving sizable assets and multiple parties across international boundaries.
Committed to You — The Client
I have been a practicing lawyer since 1998. Prior to establishing Bryant Law Firm in 2002, I served as a probate and personal injury defense lawyer for larger firms. I knew that by going into private practice, I would be able to offer my clients personal service, with lower overhead costs.
Former Insurance Defense Lawyer's Perspective
My work as an insurance defense lawyer has been of enormous value in building cases for people injured or the families of those killed in catastrophic accidents. I investigate all of my clients' legal options.
Additionally, the areas in which I practice regularly are intertwined. For instance, a personal injury compensation issue involving a minor may also involve a guardianship matter, or elder abuse by a caregiver may result in a fraudulent will claim and a wrongful death case always requires an estate to be opened.
