"I retained services of Mr. Kuck back in year 2006 when my wife faced an "over-stay" problem. The transfer of her F2 visa to H4 was not successful because of oversight of a lousy immigration attorney in California. So she faced an "over stay" problem, according to some "preeminent" immigration attorneys, who wanted to charge $10,000 to take her case, and advised her to stay in the US to rectify her status.
