The firm was formed in 1997 in New Jersey. It has maintained and expanded that office. However, in the intervening years, the firm's practice also has grown to include both its New York and Pennsylvania offices. Indeed, its current practice extends beyond the tri-state area, since the American Bar Association's multi-jurisdictional practice rules allow it to practice on a limited basis in a number of other states, as well. In every jurisdiction in which it practices, the hallmark is responsiveness; the firm always endeavors to return clients' calls by the next business day or sooner.
